These Terms govern your use of the Canoro app. By downloading or using Canoro, you agree to them.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Canoro. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Canoro only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who must agree to these Terms and handle any purchases.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Canoro for your own language learning. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, or use it to create unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

Subscriptions & purchases

• Canoro Premium is an auto-renewable subscription priced at $7.99 per month (prices may vary by region and over time).
• Free trial: eligible new subscribers get a 7-day free trial. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it automatically converts to a paid subscription.
• Auto-renewal: your subscription renews automatically each period and your Apple ID is charged unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Managing & cancelling: you can manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Extra-song packs are one-time (consumable) purchases that add song creations to your account.
• Payments & refunds are handled by Apple under the terms of the App Store; refund requests are made through Apple.

Songs and lyrics in Canoro are generated with artificial intelligence and are provided for personal, educational use. Translations and pronunciations are aids to learning and may contain inaccuracies; do not rely on them for professional, legal, medical, or other critical purposes.

Availability & changes

We may add, change, or discontinue features, and update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Canoro is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Angie Mari will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
