Common questions

• How does Canoro work? Each song is sung line-by-line in English, then Spanish, so meaning sticks while the melody carries the words. Follow the journey map from beginner to fluent.
• What's free vs. paid? First Words and Starter are free forever, plus a taste of each higher level. Canoro Premium unlocks every level and lets you create your own songs.
• How do I manage or cancel my subscription? On your iPhone: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Canoro. You can cancel anytime; cancelling before the trial ends means you won't be charged.
• I subscribed but don't see premium. Open the paywall and tap Restore purchases, or make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you purchased with.
• Do songs work offline? Yes — built-in songs and any song you've created are saved to your device and play without a connection. Use "Save songs for offline" in your Library to cache everything before a trip. Creating a brand-new song requires an internet connection.
• A song won't play. Reconnect to the internet once and open the song — Canoro will re-save it to your device, after which it plays offline.
